Luminaria ABA Therapy LLC provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder. Our services are provided by licensed and certified professionals in accordance with New Mexico state regulations and professional standards.
Eligibility
Our services are available to families in New Mexico with children who have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder or related conditions. Services are subject to insurance verification and coverage requirements.
Appointments and Cancellations
We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your child's treatment plan and service availability.
Insurance and Payment
We accept New Mexico Medicaid (Centennial Care) and most major insurance plans. We will verify your insurance coverage and explain any costs before services begin. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or services not covered by insurance.
Consent to Treatment
Before beginning services, you will be asked to provide informed consent for your child's treatment. You have the right to ask questions about treatment methods and to withdraw consent at any time.
